Ils seront \u00e9lus au <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">suffrage universel direct<\/mark><\/strong> pour un mandat de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">6 ans<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">Le conseil municipal \u00e9lira ensuite le maire <\/mark><\/strong>de la commune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis la loi du 21 mai 2025, le mode de scrutin de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">liste paritaire<\/mark><\/strong> (autant de femmes que d\u2019hommes) est \u00e9tendu \u00e0 toutes les communes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par un <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">bulletin de vote unique<\/mark><\/strong> l\u2019\u00e9lecteur d\u00e9signe les \u00e9lus de sa <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">commune<\/mark><\/strong> et ceux de l\u2019<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">intercommunalit\u00e9<\/mark><\/strong>. La liste des candidats aux si\u00e8ges de conseillers communautaires figure de mani\u00e8re distincte sur le m\u00eame bulletin que la liste des candidats au conseil municipal dont elle est issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mode de scrutin est le scrutin <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">proportionnel <\/mark><\/strong>de listes \u00e0 deux tours <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">avec prime majoritaire<\/mark><\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Au premier tour, si une liste obtient la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">majorit\u00e9 absolue<\/mark><\/strong> des suffrages exprim\u00e9s, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">la moiti\u00e9 des si\u00e8ges<\/mark><\/strong> lui est attribu\u00e9e. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">prime majoritaire<\/mark><\/strong>. L\u2019<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">autre moiti\u00e9<\/mark><\/strong> des si\u00e8ges est <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-bleu-fonc-color\">proportionnellement r\u00e9partie<\/mark><\/strong> entre toutes les listes ayant obtenu plus de 5% des suffrages exprim\u00e9s (y compris la liste majoritaire). Seules les listes ayant obtenu au moins 10% des suffrages exprim\u00e9s au premier tour peuvent se repr\u00e9senter. Les listes qui ont obtenu au moins 5% et moins de 10% peuvent rejoindre une autre liste. Ainsi les listes peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es pour le second tour. Puis la r\u00e9partition des si\u00e8ges du conseil municipal se fait comme au premier tour : prime majoritaire pour la liste arriv\u00e9e en t\u00eate, et le reste des si\u00e8ges avec r\u00e9partition proportionnelle \u00e0 la plus forte moyenne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les communes de Paris, Lyon et Marseille, le mode de scrutin a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9form\u00e9 par la loi du 11 ao\u00fbt 2025.
